Our Story
James Lindzey the owner of Visas by James has worked as a private investigator and paralegal in the United States from the 90s until he moved to Colombia in 2005. James arrived in Colombia in 2005 and started doing visas for expats in 2007.
In addition to our visa services our agency offers a full range of legal and accounting services to our clients. We are able to assist better in document collection services in the United States because of James legal experience in the United States.
Our team
Our team is working hard during the COVID-19 crisis to continue offering quality services to our clients. While many companies are closed or struggling, we have been lucky to maintain basic operations, and activies have been increasing as government agencies and businesses are finding out how to habilitate online services. While international flights are still blocked to Colombia, we are preparing our clients for future trips, investments, marriages, visas and many other services. James owns the law firm Colombia Legal & Assocites S.A.S., Visas by James, and has been living full time in Colombia since 2005. James has 13 years of experience in business administration of Companies in Colombia. In addition to managing various multinational companies in Colombia, James assist clients with safe investments in Colombia and adjusting to life in Colombia. On James free time he enjoys spending with his daughter, going to they gym and walking his dogs.
